ArtiMatch LLC — Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy

ArtiMatch (the “App” / “Platform”), operated by ArtiMatch LLC, is committed to protecting children and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our publicly published Child Safety Standards in accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy for Social and Dating apps.

1. Age Restriction

ArtiMatch is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform.

  • We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to register or use ArtiMatch.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
  • If we learn that a user is under 18, we will promptly suspend or terminate the account and delete associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

ArtiMatch strictly prohibits any content, conduct, or activity that involves, depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, audio, drawings, or AI-generated imagery depicting minors in a sexual context
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing any material that sexually exploits children
  • Any attempt to contact, exploit, or endanger a minor through the Platform

Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities.

3. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

When ArtiMatch obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related activity on our Platform, we take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • Immediate removal of the offending content
  • Suspension or permanent termination of the responsible account(s)
  • Preservation of relevant evidence as required by applicable law
  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other relevant regional authorities
  • Cooperation with law enforcement investigations upon valid legal requests

4. Reporting and User Feedback

Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, underage users, or other child safety concerns through:

  • In-app reporting: Use the report/block features available in profiles, chats, and content views within the ArtiMatch app
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Support: [email protected]

Please include as much detail as possible (usernames, timestamps, screenshots where appropriate, and a description of the concern) so our safety team can act quickly. We prioritize child safety reports and aim to review them promptly.

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

To help keep the Platform safe, ArtiMatch uses a combination of:

  • User reporting and blocking tools
  • Manual review by our safety and trust team
  • Automated and AI-assisted detection where reasonably available
  • Account restrictions, content removal, and permanent bans for policy violations

Users must accept our Terms & Conditions and related policies before creating or uploading user-generated content. Prohibited content and conduct may result in removal without prior notice.
