By accessing or using ArtiMatch ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is operated by ArtiMatch LLC, a Maryland-based company. These Terms are compliant with Maryland & U.S. contract law and protect ArtiMatch from misuse, liability, and litigation.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use ArtiMatch. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age and suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ArtiMatch uses AI-generated avatars, conversations, and matching logic. Please understand that:

  • • All interactions are for informational and entertainment purposes only
  • • ArtiMatch does not guarantee relationship outcomes or compatibility accuracy
  • • AI matching is based on algorithms and may not reflect real-world compatibility
  • • Users are solely responsible for their in-person interactions and decisions

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • • Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
  • • All activities that occur under your account
  • • Immediately reporting any unauthorized use or security breach
  • • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may NOT:

  • • Impersonate others or upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • • Use bots, scrapers, or attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
  • • Attempt to harm the infrastructure, security, or reputation of ArtiMatch
  • • Circumvent Premium or Elite features without proper subscription
  • • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • • Share false information or misrepresent your identity

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our secure payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to:

  • • Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan
  • • Understand that all purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
  • • Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled before the billing period
  • • Price changes will be communicated in advance

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

  • • Suspend or terminate any account that violates our policies without notice
  • • Refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason
  • • Remove content that violates these Terms

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArtiMatch is not liable for:

  • • Emotional distress or relationship outcomes
  • • Unsuccessful matches or compatibility issues
  • • Third-party behavior or interactions between users
  • • System errors, downtime, or technical issues
  • • Loss of data or content due to technical failures

8. Community Guidelines / User Conduct Policy

To maintain a safe and respectful community:

  • • Respect others: No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or nudity
  • • Be authentic: Use real, respectful avatar profiles. No trolling or gaming the system
  • • Safety first: ArtiMatch is a safe space. Abusers will be banned without refund
  • • Report violations: Help us maintain a positive environment by reporting inappropriate behavior

9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

10. DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy
